From one of the oldest and most exclusive operating rum distilleries in the world, comes this special vintage release of Beenleigh, selected and bottled by Velier. Distilled in August and September of 2013 on their column and pot stills and aged in ex-Bourbon for a decade entirely in the humid, tropical conditions of Queenland Australia at the distillery where the average humidity is 59-75% and the total angel's share is over 25%. The rum itself is concentrated but beautifully restrained, elegant and impressively balanced at this high proof. A premium sipper through and through. As with all things Velier, this is very limited and highly sought after.
