Tenbi is a newer sake brewery in Shimonoseki, on Honshu's most southern tip. Established in 2020 by Toji Miki Fujioka. she focuses on crafting her sakes with the utmost care and precision. This medium-bodied dry sake offers aromas of rice, coconut, and herbs. Pair with crispy-skinned tilefish.
