A dry white single vineyard expression from one of the Jura's most adored winemakers. Fermented and aged in neutral barrel, this was ouillé to preserve the fruit and terroir characteristics. A Jura Chardonnay to rival any white from Burgundy, where winemaker Fabrice Dodane trained. Pair with crispy tilefish in ponzu butter sauce.
