Following up on the smash success of the original Two Islands bottling, the same peated Islay whisky casks used to finish the original batch of Jamaican Rum were used to finish this batch of Bourbon. The whiskey stocks used for this release were drawn from a 5,6 & 9yr Indiana bourbons and 5 & 6yr Maryland Bourbon lots. Tasting this makes the argument that the best version of rum and whiskey may be the point where they converge. Delicious. And limited.
