What would it look like after aging for years in a natural timber chai on the farm property? What would it look like if it all came from the mind of mad genius Emmanuel Camut? Well we never thought these were questions we'd be able to find out the answers to but here we are. An obsessive tinkler, a restless spirit one of the most talented craftsmen France has produced in a half century, Emmanuel is already the head of the greatest Calvados domaine in the world along with his brother Jean-Gabriel. He's applied all of his best attributes to this project that he has waited the better part of a decade to share. These represent the first bottles ever in America and they will go fast. Distilled in 2018 and bottled in September of 2023 this release comes from single cask No.3 with a total yield of only 500 bottles.
