This light dry red is a blend of equal parts Kisi and Khikhvi, and 10% Saperavi. Winemaker Tamuna Bidzinashvili grows 35 indigenous varieties. The wine spent 10 days on the skins, fermenting and aging in qvevri. Pair this lightly structured red with khinkali.
