A blend of Steuben, Delaware, Niagara and Neo-Muscato vinified in a variety of manners then blended together. Some spent 1-2 weeks on the skins, 1/3 aged in amphora, the remainder in stainless steel. Bright, with fresh red fruits, and pronounced grape aromas. Pair with summer tomato and umeboshi salad.
