Cabernet Franc from the Hawke's Bay region of the north island. This cabernet franc is new for The Supernatural Wine Company as they initially made their mark with their skin-fermented white wines. This grapes are hand-harvested, vinified with natural yeasts and bottled with minimal suilphur.
