The Romagnoli family settled in this hilly terrain in the 18th century near Contrada S. Maria del Fiore: “Saint Maria of the Flowers.” There in the municipality of Morro d’Alba, the Romagnoli family settled in the 18th century. Their wines have a traditional spirit; the only updates to the cellar have to do with temperature control, to maintain the fresh fruit profile of their wines. The family’s slogan, Piccoli produttori - GRANDI VINI (“Small producers - BIG WINES”), underscores their feeling that small producers can create majestic wines. This is what Italy is really all about.
