Method and Madness Chestnut Casks Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Created in colloboration between the master disitllers, blenders and apprentivces at the legendary 18th Century Midelton Distillery in Cork, Ireland, Method and Madness is an experimental project at the facilities micro distillery designed to push the boundaries of flavor in Irish Whiskey. This release, aged in Sherry and Bourbon Casks initially and finished in very rare Chestnut Wood, is the most accomplished with this brands mission. The whiskey is wildly complex and expressive mixing a wide spectrum of notes ranging from tropical fruits to savoury spices to decadent notes of chocolates and pastries and more. This is definitely Irish Whiskey as you've never experienced it. Available in limited quantities.
