Tasting Notes

100% Freisa grown in calcareous clay soils in the Langhe. The grapes were macerated o the skins for just under a week before fermentation. Aged in old Slavonian casks for a year before bottling. Freisa

The Freisa grape produces delicious red wines in a variety of styles - both still and sparkling, dry and sweet. In each of its many iterations, Freisa remains a very fruit-driven, juicy variety; the wines make excellent matches with light appetizers.
