Tasting Notes

A Blanc de Blancs Champagne, made entirely from the Chardonnay grape variety. This is a stylish Champagne that's both generous and elegant all at once. The aromas are reminiscent of apples and lemon blossoms. The minerality is distinct and complements the floral, quince notes. An ideal apéritif sparkler or a great Champagne to savor with oysters.

Staff Pick Notes

You don’t have to have refined taste buds to enjoy elegant Champagne. Whether it’s your 1st glass or your 100th, your body is already equipped with the faculties to identify great quality. You don’t need to be some uptight wine geek (this guy) to enjoy these fine bubbles. In fact, when it comes to Pierre Gimonnet’s Champagne I think Homer Simpson said it best: “Aghghhhhh…”
