Tasting Notes

An aromatic and tropical expression of Müller-Thurgau made in a dry style. Brilliant acidity, thoroughly refreshing. You'll notice a tiny amount of bubbles on the edge of the glass. Enjoyable with cheeses, vegetarian fare and delicate seafood.
