Tasting Notes

The white, chalk-based soils of Roero are ideal for growing the aromatic Arneis grape and this is the first sparkling version of the native variety. Dry on the palate and aged on the lees for 36 months before disgorgement and release for sale. Full of sage, pears and chalky minerals. A dry sparkler for antipasto and cheeses, both soft and aged. A burrata smothered in fine olive oil and vegetables is a fine match.
