Staff Pick Notes

Nothing comes closer to drinking Autumn than sipping on one of Eric Bordelet’s ciders. This biodynamic juice is rustic and raw but maintains exceedingly high levels of elegance. It’s bubbles are fine and fluffy high toned and crisp. Made from apples and toting flavors of crisp brown leaves and a bright chill in the air. Slightly off dry with notes of caramel colored grass and honeyed citrus rinds. With 6% alcohol I’ll just call this one breakfast.
