Tasting Notes
A sparkling Pétillant Natural (Pet Nat for short) made from Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay and Riesling in an off-dry style. Amber in color from extended skin contact and cloudy from the spent lees left over from fermentation that finished in bottle. Aromatic, tannic and delicious.
