Tasting Notes

While Chenin Blanc is one of our favorite Loire Valley grapes, this Pét-Nat is out of control delicious and accessible. Yes, it's cloudy and golden straw in color yet it's lively bubbles and luscious, honeyed fruit is absolutely addictive. Winemaker Bruno Rochard makes energetic wines across the board and although he started as a teacher, his passion runs deep in the wine world and you can do nothing else but taste it.

These days, one of the most exciting stories is in South Africa, where newly...
