Staff Pick Notes

The three friends who founded COS were regarded as the youngest winemakers of their generation in 1980. The winery follows biodynamic faming principles in order for the vines to maintain a balance with nature and express their true character and terroir. Pair with grilled asparagus, octopus, or vegetable lasagna.
