Tasting Notes

From the Cerrati and Meriame vineyard sites located in the village of Serralunga d'Alba at altitudes of 360-440 masl. The soils are chalk, tufa and limestone-based. After a 20 day maceration of the Nebbiolo skins, the wine was fermented in cement with natural yeasts. Aged further for 30 in large botti.
