Tasting Notes

From a 4th generation family domaine located in Saumur. The history of the domaine goes back to the 1920s when a Parisian wine merchant settled in the Loire and bought his first vines. This 12 hectare estate is planted on a limestone plateau (on local tufa soil) that's mixed with layers of chalk and flint. Unoaked.
