From ungrafted vines up to 100 years old the Kaprielian family craft this dry sparkler from indigenous varieities. It is 40% Voskehat, 30% Khatuni, and 30% Banants. The vineyards are located in Vayots Dzor, and all grapes are hand harvested. The wine spends 22 months on the lees, giving a richer texture and brioche flavor. Pair with eetch and lavash.
