This aperitif is produced using an infusion of a variety of herbs, fruit and roots such as bitter orange peel, rhubarb and wormwood. We are inspired to use this in an Americano Highball: 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth, 1.5 oz Gran Classico Bitter stirred and topped with soda water. Serve with an orange twist.
