Limited releases from this distillery are always a smart buy. This is the first release of a new range of "forgotten casks" of older rum casks that were not blended into the flagship. Drawing from both pot and coffey still rums the age of spirits for this blend ranges from five to eleven years. Notes include banana flambe, milk chocolate, whole peppercorns, vanilla syrup and hazelnut butter.
