From one of the great biodynamic producers of Alsace, and the world for that matter, we bring you this very rare bottling of old marc made from the 2004 vintage of Gewurtztraminer and rested at the domaine for fourteen years before release. The spirit is concentrated and powerful but has retained the immaculate floral bouquet of this grape variety as well as tremendous finesse on the palate. Very limited.
