Tasting Notes

Aged six years and then finished in Sherry Apple Brandy Barrels for 6 months prior to be bottled at full proof. Seeing cask finishes grwo in Bourbon can be a mixed bag of results but it is important to push the potential in flavors for this category and the releases come from Nulu are easily some of the most exciting.
