Astor exclusive 2022 cask strength single barrel bottling. 100% Abruzzi Rye grown in St. George, SC. Fermented in a closed, chilled stainless fermenter with High Wire's house yeast. Distilled in July 2019, hearts cut at 149 &154 (blend of two distillations). Aged for over 2.5 years in #3 char American Oak whose staves were exclusively air dried for 12 months. Bottled at 56.65% abv.
