Almost without doubt this is one of the rarest things we or you will ever come across. When we had the privilege to taste this at the palenque earlier in January we were blown away that it was offered to us as our own exclusive batch to now share with our dear customers. Each agave for this spirit was grew wild for a minimum of 30yrs! prior to being harvested in the Central Valleys in 2022. Everything was done by hand with 100% pre-industrial methods and the spirit was distilled to proof. The total yield of this batch was an unthinkable 12 bottles!!!! As such only a very lucky few will ever get a chance to experience it.
