Tasting Notes

This is a barrel proof (i.e. non-diluted) blend of 6, 8 and 12 year stocks. Smooth despite its high proof, with rich orange spice and nutty flavors with wafts of sweet pipe tobacco woven in throughout, ending in a creamy finish and a slight punctuation of hot pepper.
