This mezcal comes from a group of families that have been planting and growing agave and turning it into mezcal for generations and believe that they were born to make mezcal. Produced using a blend of three different kinds of agave, the range is impressive with white pepper, spring florals, top notes of citrus with hints of smoke and hints of earth. An inviting proof makes this particularly mellow and delicate. Beautiful texture and very refreshing.
