Made from local, organic-grown corn in the Finger Lakes, this vodka is intentionally distilled to retain a real sense of place. The spirit was left unfiltered and at a higher proof (88) than most vodkas to preserve the lush, pillowy soft texture and to ensure its delicious earthy, vanilla flavors hold their own in any drink.
