Japan's main island of Honshu is the birthplace of sake, and it's many regions produce a huge range of styles and aromas. Come and try 3 expressions, a bottle-conditioned sparkling sake, a junmai ginjo from Niigata, and an expression from Tochigi that emphasizes local ingredients and terroir.
