As with all things Koval, the single barrel bourbon and rose hip liqueur that we're opening tonight are 100% organic. Their bourbon uses grains sourced exclusively from a local Midwest farmers' collective. The rose hip liqueur, which knocked our socks off, has beautiful aromas of orange and apricot marmalade, brown sugar and a touch of cinnamon.
