Every step in the process of creating this gin was made with intention. It uses a base spirit of non-gmo New York State corn and Catskill Provisions' own wildflower honey, then infused with juniper berries and pollinator-friendly botanicals such as verbena, chamomile, and angelica. The final spirit is proofed down with local mineral rich mountain spring water. This is seriously delicious gin on a mission!
