From 50 year-old Tannat vines grown on stony soils, peyros means "a stony place" in Gascon. This dark, structured dry red was fermented and aged in demi-muids. Intense dark fruit, tannins, herbs, and a stony mineral character make this a wine you can cellar. Pair with grilled lamb with garlic and anchovies.
