To all the amaro I have loved before... this one was the first! Sweet and light with dried herbs and citrus, with a light bitter note that is balanced quite nicely with the other components. This is an amaro to just relax and enjoy, and it's easier to love. While my amaro journey has taken me to many exotic locales, I always come back to the Caffo Amaro del Capo, and I always feel the love.
