I am a huge fan of Tempus Fugit - the time and care they take in sourcing and recreating rare and essential pre-Prohibition liqueurs is impressive in and of itself, not to mention their whole line up is delicious! They not only recreate the liqueurs using 19th century recipes, all of the labels at Tempus Fugit are inspired by the historical labels that graced these bottles hundreds of years ago. This is a rich and syrupy crème de cacao that will make a delicious edition to cocktails, seltzer water, or even over ice cream for the summer. It's a great balance of vanilla bean (sourced from Mexico), chocolatey cacao (Venezuelan), and melted butter.
