A terroir-focused project all featuring Frappato from different districts. This comes from the Fossa di Lupo vineyard's 15 year-old vines grown in brown sand and limestone soils. The grapes are vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel, with 5% whole bunches. The wine is aged for 1.5 years, unfined, unfiltered, and sees just a small amount of sulphites added at bottling. Pair this dry, medium-bodied red with farsu magru and fennel caper salad..
