A very unique spirit indeed and not simply because of its old age statement. The barrels of whiskey bottled for this special release had dipped just below the minimum bottling proof naturally after over a decade and a half in barrel and the resulting spirit was so good, expressive and naturally balanced that distiller Nicole Austin decided to bottle it exactly as it was. Very limited.
