Still under the radar due to the tiny output at this artisanal distiller, it doesn't change that fact that the whiskies coming out from this emerging producer are some of the most exciting in all of whisky. Daikan is the last but not least installment in the 24 seasons series from this disiller and another of the blends from this series featuring the rare single malts of Akkeshi along with select lots of whiskies from around the world. Part of the whisky stocks for this blend where matured in rare Quercus serrata oak. Very limited collector's release.
