A sparkling méthode traditionelle rosé from Kartli made from a blend of red and white grapes. The fruit was cofermented in qvevri and barrel, and spent 15 months on the lees. 10% is from a perpetual reserve. Dry, red-fruited, and herbaceous, this wine will pair well with Georgian salad with walnut dressing.
