Staff Pick Notes

Wow! What a show stopping wine! To think that this is both longer aged and more expensive than their declassified Aglianco. This is the rare age white wine that is not trying to be white Burgundy. The wood influence is used Acacia so there are no vanilla or toasted notes. The smokiness has much more saline quality which is stunning and like nothing I have tasted except may Jura wines. So worth it
