Okay, this has no right being as good as this is for 5 dollars. I'm personally not a huge spirits guy. I primarily drink light, fresh, mineral driven whites and this little bottle of soju is able to scratch that itch but with a twist! Light and fresh, using a rice and barley blend and mineral water from literally hundreds of feet beneath the ground. On the palate this is a lightly fruity soju with notes of pears and apricots. Minerality abounds here with a whetstone quality that makes this wine quaffable, and a lovely pairing for dim sum. Drink up!
