This fuller-bodied, dry white wine that comes from Jurançon region in the southwest of France, just 30 miles from the Spanish border. This is made from a blend of two local grapes: Petit and Gros Manseng. The grapes were fully destemmed before fermenting in tank. Pair with grilled fish.
