A 50-50 blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane, two native Georgian varietals, undergo only one month of skin contact, producing a lighter style of Amber Wine that is softer and less tannic than others from the country. Fermented and aged in qvevri before stabilizing in stainless steel, this blend combines the crisp acidity of Rkatsiteli with the aromatic high tones of Mtsvane. A bouquet of dried apricots, cantaloupe, & wildflower honey showcase the elegant side of Georgia, while wild yeasts and minimally added sulfites help capture that extra magic that can only come from here!
