Tasting Notes

Made in honor of Gaston Huet's mother, Constance. This is a luxurious dessert wine that's been made maybe a half dozen times to date. Made from a laborious selection of botrytized grapes coming from all 3 of Huet's vineyard sites. Aged in large demi-muids.
