Tasting Notes

This Champagne is a nod to the past as it's a blend of ancient varieties that hardly a soul grows today: Arbanne, Petit Meslier alongside Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay which was partially fermented in old barrels. Sablé references the fine bead, the lower pressure, and makes a significant difference on the palate with its silken texture.
