The Chardonnay is vinified using 30% new wood and natural yeasts and is inspired from the best of Old World techniques. The cool climate produces fruit that maintains its acidity, creating a clean, fresh wine. Typical Chardonnay notes of pears and golden apples and pairs well with buttery roast chicken. Hails from border of western Sonoma and Anderson Valley, CA.
