Staff Pick Notes

One of the things that makes Eva Fricke a great winemaker is that she's not concerned only with the wine that ends up in the bottle, she cares about the people that get it there. To her sustainability also about the human factor. She is next-level conscientious. All of that care and consideration flows through to the glass. Even this entry level wine is top notch showing lovely ripe orchard fruits and citrus with a hint of the oh so intoxicating petrol notes. It's bone dry, but she gets the balance just right with the acidity and fruit.
