Tasting Notes

The La Croix Rameau vineyard is surrounded by Romanée St.-Vivant in Vosne-Romanée. Full of red fruits, moss, mineral and a classic style of red Burgundy for those lovers of old school Burgundy. Fermented in open top fermenters with native yeasts. Aged in lightly-toasted barrels (30% new) for 20 months before bottling. Will flourish but drinking marvelously now.
