Tasting Notes

Philippe Brisebarre worked alongside his father as a teenager and today is at the help of the Brisebarre estate. This is pure Chenin Blanc which is a grape that expresses itself best in the Loire Valley. This is a dry, still version of the grape that drinks well in its youth. Versatile with food and can double as an apéritif wine that sneaks into dinner.
